The gig was loads of fun. In the end, none of us helped out. Haha. Talked to Anthony for a while and he said "It's okay, i want you guys to enjoy the gig". If you insist! The bands were really good.

The Observatory sounded great live. I'd thought that their live performance wouldn't be as strong but they managed to do it great. Throb was awesome. Shahida liked them alot. And of course, Ugly in the Morning!! Just a l'il disappointed that they didn't play 'Wooden Dog', 'On and On' and 'Stupid 'A' Song'. Otherwise, they were awesome. Groovy babaayyyy.......

What amazed me though was that everybody, who were initially sitting down on their pink mats, actually stood up and moved to the front when Electrico was up. Local gigs often consists of rocking bands and dead boring audience who'd sit on the asses, moving only to shoo away mosquitos. For this gig tho, everybody stood up, some jumped (uhurm, me and gang) and when Ronin was up, there were moshing. Huge crowd too.

Okay, okay..local gigs are getting better. They won't be the most happening around yet, but slight progress is better than no progress at all, no?
