Heeaaaaarrrggggghhhhhhhh!!! Body Combat is so fun!! Exhausting, but awesome.

Today, i went for my first Body Combat class at CDANS Country Club. It's so damn blurdy fun lor! The instructor is this pleasant guy and everybody else in the class was super-enthu. I was obviously the youngest, so those older ladies and some guys were like "It's gonna be very tiring but just think about having fun!" And it really was, have i mentioned that already? All the punching and jumping and kicking. I never knew i could kick that high! And the shouting is indeed a stress-reliever, for the stressed. For me, it was empowering. All the "HAAAAK!", "HEEYAAK!" and "HURGH!!". Unlike my previous Aerobics class, which made me feel like as if i was in P.E... In fact, P.E. was so much fun-er! And how could i forget, i got to wear my new trainers!

I'm not looking forward to the aching muscles but i'm psyched to attend the next class! In fact, im so excited to work out, i think im gonna go to the gym tomorrow. It's been a while since those people last saw my face, anyway.
